The Giants’ Shoulders #25: Now we are two.

Today is a special day in the history of the history of science on the Internet. Two years ago the always excellent ’gg’ aka Dr. SkySkull proprietor of the highly recommended Skulls in the Stars a treasure trove of optical physics and history of science, with a side line in pulp fiction, had the crazy idea of launching a blog carnival for the history of science. The child is alive and well and the anniversary addition can be admired, read, digested and delighted in at the home of our favourite Bulldoggie (even when he’s not British) The Dispersal of Darwin.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the good Dr. on behalf of all producers and fans of the history of science for his sterling efforts in setting up and running The Giants’ Shoulders. If you enjoy the history of science please go over to his blog and say thanks, he’s earned it.

P. S. I shall be actively supporting him in the future as I have now formally joined the Giants’ Shoulders team.
